2. Upgrade by auction (from the time of booking and up to 7 hours before departure)

How to make a bid ?
- Check your email: it's in the box, you will find the EasyUpgrade offer if your flight is eligible. If you did not receive an email you can always check your eligibility above (with your reservation number and your name).
- Click on the link in this email, you can now make your offer!
- You can make, modify or cancel your bid up to 7 hours before the flight departure, if your bid has not yet been accepted.
- The answer to your bid will be given to you between 5 days and 6 hours before the departure of your flight.
- Your bid must be above the auction price which will be indicated on the bidding page.
- It is also possible to have your seat in Premium Class with the instant upgrade from 5 days before the flight if you accept to pay the price that will be proposed to you.
- Your card will only be charged if you accept the offer or upgrade instantly.
Sold : your offer is accepted
- The acceptance of your offer will be sent to you between 5 days and 6 hours before the departure of your flight.
- A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail to start this new Premium Class experience.
- The amount of your offer will be debited to your credit card.
- You are now ready to take off for the advantages of premium class and a 100% comfortable trip.
- Please note: If your offer has been accepted, you cannot cancel or modify it.

- Please note that extra baggage allowance will not be included in your upgrade.
- Access to the lounge is not included in the offer

Your offer has been rejected
- The answer will be given between 5 days and 6 hours before departure.
- You will have nothing to do, we take care of everything! You will not be charged on your payment method and you keep your initial reservation but it is not too late to book additional services

What are the deadlines for making, cancelling or modifying a bid?
You can bid, modify or cancel your bid up to 07 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time. When the bid is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be debited with the last amount you indicated during the bidding. You will not be able to change, cancel or transfer the accepted bid for an initial flight to another flight. The bid is also non-transferable to a third party. If you decide to change your flight after your bid has been accepted, unfortunately you will not receive a refund or credit note as compensation. When the offer is refused, an email of non-acceptance of your bid will be sent to you 6 hours before your flight departure time. No fees will apply and you will keep your original reservation.
How to check in once the upgrade is accepted?
Your bid has been accepted ? What happens now? - Your flight as been upgraded to Premium Blue. At the time of your check-In, you will receive a Premium Blue boarding pass. - You will also shortly receive a new e-ticket via email reflecting this upgrade! ⚠️ What happens if I made my registration online before getting upgraded? Please proceed to the dedicated Premium Blue check-in counter at the airport. A French bee agent will provide you with your new boarding pass. Your upgrade grants you priority access for check-in. Simply follow the Premium Blue line.
