FRENCHBEE (hereafter ”the Company”) puts in place technical and organizational measures with regard to security within reasonable limits, seeking to protect the data that relates to you against fortuitous or intentional manipulation, loss, or destruction, and unauthorized access.

1. Secure Payment

1.5 When you are send your personal information, none of it is recorded on our internet site: it is sent directly to our secure servers, where it only exists as part of your transaction or operation file.
1.6 If you see a security message while making your reservation, it will simply tell you that you are entering a secure area of the website. This message will also appear when you log out from our secure server and go back to the public area of the website. At this stage, your personal information will have been deleted.

2. General information

2.1 Section “Manage My Booking”
2.1.1 The Company has done everything to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to your reservation in the section "Manage My Reservation” of the internet site www.frenchbee.com. This includes the putting in place of different levels of authentication depending on who you are and the services used.
2.1.2 You will therefore need your booking reference and name in order to consult your itinerary or to add or modify your seat requirements or special meals, for example.
2.1.3 You will need to provide extra information to consult the details of an already requested special meal, and to consult or modify your API or print/send by email the receipt of your e-ticket. The extra information requested is nothing new: it will have been supplied by the person making your reservation or by yourself during the updating of your reservation. Among the information which may be requested: your passport number and the details of your journey associated with it or all or part of the credit card number used for the reservation.
2.2 Creating your account
2.2.1 When you create an account on the Company’s website, you may choose a username and a password which will be requested to modify the information relating to your account. Your profile and data are protected by a password so that you and you alone have access to this personal information. We recommend that you do not divulge it to anyone. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your passwords and/or all information relating to your profile.

3. Phishing

3.1 A type of internet fraud exists called "Phishing," which consists of duping people to collecting their personal information illegally. Undesirable email messages are sent to customers from lists recovered illegally by a third party. These messages may ask you to give or confirm bank details or a password in a “cloned” or illegally reproduced website.
3.2 For your security, you must know that:
The Company would never ask you to communicate your bank or credit card information in an email or on a link sent via email.
Should you wish to modify or be refunded for your reservation and only in this case, the Company may then request for you to communicate your credit card information. The Company will need this information to debit or credit your account with regard to your reservation.
Messages from the Company will contain your booking reference and will not be sent from an internet based email server such as Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo.
The Company will never ask you to make payments via a third party such as Western Union.
3.3 If you have reason to suspect that a message claiming to come from the Company is fraudulent, we request that you inform us so we can examine it for authenticity and take the appropriate measures by contacting the webmaster of the site www.frenchbee.com at : newsletter@frenchbee.com

4. Liability

4.1 Completing transactions on the website www.frenchbee.com is done at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the reliability, stability and security of your transactions, and the Company has no obligation of result, only of diligence.
4.2 In carrying out a transaction on the website www.frenchbee.com, you consent to the fact that the Company will not be liable to you or any other person of any prejudice or direct or indirect damage (including, but not limited to, loss or alteration of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity) whatever it may be, ensuing or arising from a transaction.

7.2 In case of dispute in which the execution or interpretation of the present conditions of use has taken place, the dispute will be taken before the Business Court of Paris and in the absence of its competence, before whichever jurisdiction is competent.
